Speller Metcalfe Living Ltd has been selected by Guinness Hermitage to build eight new dwellings in Tibberton, Gloucestershire.
The scheme incorporates a mixture of shared ownership and rental properties aimed at local people, consisting of two 1 bedroom apartments, four 2 bedroom houses and two 3 bedroom houses.
All of the dwellings will have allocated parking, private gardens and will meet Secured by Design and Code of Sustainable Homes Level 3.
They will be constructed using timber frame and masonry cladding on a block and beam foundation. Due to the lack of gas in the area they will be heated by air source heat pumps and have mechanical ventilation to kitchens, bathrooms and WC's.
