Week 13.

This week has seen the fitting of the windows and doors to all plots and the commencement of first fix works, by electricians, plumbers and carpenters.

Week 12.

This week has seen the remaining roofs felt and battened, the windows fitted, the ground floors screeded and the continuation of the face brickwork.

Week 11.

This week has seen the completion of the timber frame works and the commencement of the brickwork.

Week 10

This week has seen the continuation of the timber frame erection and also the roof construction .

Week 9.

 

The w/e 1st June has seen the completion of the timber frame works on plots 6-9, as well as the erection of the ground floor panels of plots 2-5.
The carpenters have fitted the fascia's and soffits and the roofers have felt and battened plots 6-9.

 

 

 

Introduction

The development for Guinness Hermitage began approximately 8 weeks ago, with the clearing of the site and establishment of the site facilities and compound.

Since then we have installed 90% of the underground drainage, all of the concrete footings have been poured, the block and beam floors have been fitted and we are now erecting the timber frames.
